About Our Store
We have been in business for over 30 years, specializing in comfort, walking, and orthopedic footwear. Donna Wishart, the owner, is a certified fitter, and very knowledgeable about orthopedics and footwear. Many local orthopedists recommend Donna's services to their patients.
Donna opened her store to cater to customers who have hard-to-find, and orthopedic footwear needs not served by regular shoe store or large impersonal self-service shoe departments. She realized this was an under-served need in local retail. She also loves to help people, and thinks everyone deserves comfortable shoes!
Donna is assisted by friendly and experienced staff:
Melissa is a graduate from Springfield Technical Community College with her Associates Degree in Accounting, and also a graduate of American International College with her BA in Accounting. She has been working with Comfort Footwear for 4 years. She uses her upbeat personality when assisting customers. She is fluent in Portuguese.
Heather has been employed with Comfort Footwear for several years. She received her BA from Bay Path College in 2003 and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree. Heather is responsible for marketing and advertising the company. She also manages the accounts receivable and payable department.
